- We've known Garyn for 10 years now, and he's worked for us on multiple projects. The first was refinishing a basement with an office and entertainment area. We liked his work so much and he was such a pleasure to work with that we asked him back for more projects. The next was a new house that needed to be completely updated and remodeled. He did 4 bathrooms, a mudroom and a kitchen. What made him most convenient and efficient was that he is skilled in plumbing and electrical as well as carpentry. He is also a perfectionist so I know that leaving him to his job was fine; there was no need to micro-manage Garyn as he makes great decisions and his work is beautiful. We also have a summer house that he updated for us by remodeling bathrooms and finishing the basement there too. Even from afar I feel comfortable leaving him to his job as he is extremely trustworthy and does outstanding work. We recently purchased another house on Martha's Vineyard and Garyn was able to totally remodel it by redoing bathrooms and electrical and overall transforming the house into a picture perfect home from an old, tired house. He has great ideas and is always easy to work with. I would probably never have taken on all these projects if I didn't have Garyn available to update and transform these homes. I've recommended him to a number of friends and everyone is thrilled with his work and finds him very professional and trustworthy to work with. I've always been fully satisfied with his work, it is not only beautiful but I've never had any problems, and would recommend him to anyone.

- My husband and I both grew up in New England. Every summer we have taken our summer vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. Over the years, we looked at many properties to buy and finally in 2005 found what we were looking for. The location was perfect, the views were amazing, the only problem was the house. It was a disaster. A major renovation was required and to add to the issues, we lived 3000 miles away in Southern California. In November we met with Garyn, and went over the plans. Because we could not be on site, we not only had to trust Garyn to make many decisions for us, but also had to trust the job was being done well and in a timely manner. We did not return to the Island until the following spring. At that point, the job was 99% complete and AMAZING. This was a huge job; the only thing not replaced was the flooring on the second level. The quality and timeliness of his work, his aesthetic, his communications were all top notch and spot on. We cannot say enough about Garyn and the quality of his work.

- Garyn renovated 4 rooms in our house including the kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. His meticulous attention to detail and timeliness were most impressive. The reason we hired him besides a recommendation from a neighbor was the quote. We asked for very specific and separate quotes for each room. He asked many questions while making his estimates. When we received the quotes we felt certain he had covered all aspects of the renovation and the price was fair. He is the kind of guy who communicates with you, shows up when he says he will, and produces a beautiful product. He was very careful to keep the site livable since the area he was renovating was the main part of our house. We now have our dream kitchen, a gorgeous dining room and two beautiful bathrooms. This project was 10 years in the making for us so to have someone as meticulous as Garyn was key. Sadly we lose Garyn to Virginia because we would definitely have him perform future renovations for us.
